Search Terms
When a name, county, state, or similar term is typed into a search box powered by a third-party provider, that query is sent to the provider that operates the tool. Colbert County Released Inmates does not keep its own separate log of those search terms.
Messages
If you email us or send a contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to respond, handle a site issue, or keep a record of the request. We do not share contact messages outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement makes that necessary.
